What we collect

When you book or inquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about your session. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Your family’s photos

Your gallery is private by default, reachable only through an unguessable link and an access code, and never indexed by search engines. Your children’s images are only ever shown publicly if you explicitly opt in to a portfolio release.

Analytics and other services

We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages get visited, in anonymous aggregate. It measures page views, not people: no name, no email, and no photos or gallery contents are ever sent to it. Private gallery links have their access token stripped out before a visit is recorded. Stripe is the only other outside service that handles your information, and only to process payments.

How long we keep things

Galleries are retained for one year after delivery, after which they may be archived or removed. You can request deletion of your information and images at any time.
